I tried to capture each step in creating Gerald's Steak Cake.
*Strawberry cake and filling
*Chocolate frosting
*Hand-painted fondant, complete with faux grill marks.
*Topped with sprinkles to replicate salt & pepper.

Day 1 - "PUSH"
First post. Ok, I'm a little nervous...so bear with me.
